Diversification With Confidence

Investing to generate wealth doesn’t entail taking blind risks or betting against insurmountable odds.

At Arctos Capital, we help you diversify your portfolio through low-risk, high-growth commercial real estate investments in strong, growth markets across the US.

We perform thorough due diligence on every opportunity before presenting it to you – ensuring our plans will provide balanced options for passive income.

Commercial Real Estate Syndication Or Fund?

We source private opportunities, in high-quality, multifamily asset classes located in growing markets across the US.

Single properties may be offered as a real estate syndication while groups of assets with balanced projections and features may be offered as a fund.

Individual syndications are excellent opportunities to diversify your portfolio with cash-flow positive physical assets.

When you invest in a fund, your capital is deployed strategically for use across the assets in the fund, providing immediate diversification within your real estate portfolio.

…all without the challenges of being a landlord

Hello, Johnny Nelson here.

Growing up as one of nine siblings, my family moved around between Idaho, Colorado, Alaska, and Arizona – wherever adventure took us. My parent’s worked hard and took advantage of work opportunities where available.

My family was accomplished in the contracting space and I followed suit and became an engineer.

In time, I was able to see the difference between working on real estate and owning real estate – the key to building true passive income and creating ultimate freedom.

Now it’s my mission to spread the word to my friends, colleagues, and fellow professionals about how real estate can be such a powerful diversification tool in our wealth building journeys.

At Arctos, we help you protect your hard-earned savings, enjoy transparent investment experiences, and build relationships based on alignment and integrity.
